For URGNT after-hours needs of a guest CURRENTLY staying on our property (10PM or Later)

Your door access code will ONLY be available at scheduled check-in time.

If you need an earlier check-in time, you must arrange in advance. 

Early check-ins and late check-outs are NOT available during Antique Shows.

Antique Show Dates for Spring, Fall & Winter Shows have a separate Cancellation Policy.

Antique Show nights and Pre-Show nights include: 

most of October is a 2-night minimum until dates posted for lifting the 2-night minimum requirement. 

Wine Trail Weekend is a 2-night minimum - November 1st & 2nd

Round Top Film Festival is a 2-night minimum - November 8th & 9th. 

The $179 price shown is for the CURRENT date and $179 is the lowest OFF-Season Rate.  Please input your travel dates to reflect the accurate price.  Once the reservation system ACCEPTS your input dates and those dates are AVAILABLE, the rate will update.
